Terms of Use
SIA "Blue Lotus," registration number 40203500781, address: Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris 16, Rīga, LV1050, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers goods in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
If a consumer, using the website as an intermediary, purchases goods, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts, etc.
2. Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency for transactions on the website is euros. Purchases can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS: Include the payment methods that your online store will use:
- Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
- Estonian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
- Finnish internet bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

When using the internet bank payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to Merchant" button. Personal data required for payment are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. The contract comes into effect upon successful payment to the bank account of the online store. If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland. Purchased items are delivered using: specify here, for example, a parcel locker partner, courier, store pickup, etc. All fees and taxes to receive the shipment at the destination are the responsibility of the Buyer. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. Purchased items are delivered to the Buyer's specified address from 10:00 to 18:00 on working days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send items within 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly.
5. Right of Withdrawal
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You can withdraw from the purchased item within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. When returning the item, it must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging with labels. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the item in the condition it was received, i.e., the item must be free from tobacco, perfume, or other odors, as well as free from cosmetics and other stains, fibers. To exercise the right of withdrawal, keep the cash receipt, receipt, or invoice. If the item does not correspond to the ordered one or a defect is found, you can exchange the item, choose another item of the same value, or receive a refund. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when purchasing:
- Sex toys and accessories, their maintenance and storage accessories;
- Lubricants, massage oils, and gels;
- Fragrances, cosmetics, and hygiene products (including stimulating cosmetics), collars;
- Condoms;
- Straps and restraints, and other BDSM accessories with fabric, leather, latex, or silicone details;
- Latex and vinyl (PVC) bed linen and clothing;
- Socks, stockings, fishnet dresses, cat costumes, bodysuits, underwear, as well as underwear sets – if the sealed packaging of panties or socks included in the set is opened;
- Wigs;
- Batteries;
- Books;
- Gift cards;
Sets that include the above-mentioned items. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: (insert link to the withdrawal form) by sending it to the email address [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he receives confirmation of the return of the goods or the goods. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered in the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the additional shipping costs. The online store is not responsible for delays in the performance or non-performance of obligations due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store. The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery to the customer or were present at the time of delivery, if such assumption does not contradict the characteristics or defects of the item. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months from its discovery, i.e., a complaint must be submitted. The Buyer can file a complaint by contacting the online store, writing to [email protected] or the specified contact.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects or the exchange of the goods for new ones free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller refunds all payments specified in the Distance Contract. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc. The online store transfers personal data to transport service providers to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have unequivocally agreed to receive our marketing messages, including updates, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address provided when signing up for marketing communications. The Buyer has the option to opt-out of marketing messages by notifying us, writing to [email protected], or contacting us.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The parties resolve all disputes that arise between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the parties resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, adhering to the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer has the right to contact the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
